The Centre for International Learning and Leadership is encouraging global learning and international activity…

The Centre for International Learning and Leadership (CILL) and their related organisation Momentum World, promote global learning and youth advocacy through their programme “Time for Tea”.  This simple, fun and accessible activity can be organised with people of any age, background or ability, anywhere in the world.

The activities and timetable can be easily adapted to local needs and interests, and can support almost any subject on the formal primary or secondary school curriculum. It is particularly suitable for encouraging discussion of sustainability issues.

Time for Tea is also a great way to build meaningful links with schools or groups in other countries. Any teacher, youth worker or other motivated person can lead the activity, with a group of any age, in or out of the classroom. No specialist knowledge is required.

Summer 2022 – dates to be confirmed

International Futures – a conference for young people, educators and policy-makers, with a related residential course for young people age.

The main aim of the conference is to promote the importance of international opportunities for young people’s learning, employability and citizenship (including in relation to green issues), and to generate discussion of how such opportunities can be maintained and increased in the post-Covid and post-Brexit world.

In the current state of affairs, CILL believe this will be a timely and relevant event. If you would like to get involved, whether as a partner, a participant or in some other way, please email info@cill-uk.com
