Curiosity – Courage – Connection.
The three pillars of St Ebbe’s Primary School, Oxford. St Ebbe’s have a vision – the formation of wise and compassionate citizens, who have the power, skills and voices to make a difference in the world. The three core values above support the learning of their community, fostering curiosity, building the courage to learn from success and failure and nurturing passions through making connections.
We were joined by Tina Farr and Clare Whyles to explore St Ebbe’s culture of connection and belonging, where every adult and child is valued for their authentic self while being helped to feel part of something greater.
As you explore, ponder the question “What does “belonging without conforming” mean to you, and how do we achieve this balance in our school community?”
