The second of OSW’s Learning Lunches explored PACTS (Politicians Accountable for Climate To Students). Members were given an overview of this new programme co-run by SEEd, Reboot The Future, The Harmony Project and OSW which empowers young people and students to lobby their local MPs for climate action,a nd hold them accountable on the promises they make.
After a brief presentation from Sandy Glanfield at Reboot The Future, the floor was opened up to a discussion where members discussed ways in which they and their organisations could support PACTS and promote it in schools, encouraging teachers, schools and students to take up PACTS and #pactsnow.
